On stage

I talk about AI to the people who have to use it, not to the people selling it.

I give talks, webinars and podcast interviews on artificial intelligence, automation and what happens to the craft of building software once AI gets into it. What I describe I use on client projects the next day: no demos that only work on stage. Everything an organiser needs is below, without having to email me for it.

Next talk

3 and 4 October 2026

The code that changes you. How AI transforms the people who build it.

DevFest Modena 2026, Italy

with Isabella Flecchia, work psychologist and founder of ImpulsoFuturo

How AI changes the code gets talked about endlessly. How it changes the person writing it, almost never. That is where the real shift happens: in how decisions get made, in what counts as work done, in the relationship people have with their own craft.

A two-voice talk, one technical and one from work psychology, on what actually happens to people inside teams that adopted AI for real. What they gain and what they lose, said without softening it.

Where I have been

11 June 2026

Speaker at the Agentforce World Tour

Salesforce, Milan, Trailblazer Forest

Salesforce invited me to bring my experience on stage at the Italian World Tour, in the Trailblazer Forest area.

The regular ones

Innovazione sotto processo

A recurring podcast where innovation is put on trial and has to defend itself.

Paura dell’AI

A webinar series for people who fear AI more than they know it, which is most people.

Sixty-three articles, in Italian and English

The Solutions Hub is where I write at length: method, mistakes made, things that worked.

Business Partner 24ORE 2026

A collaboration with Il Sole 24 Ore on innovation and digital transformation in Italian business.

Formats

Four of them, depending on how much time you have and who is in the room.

Talks and keynotes
Twenty to forty-five minutes, for conferences and company events. With an argument, not a tour of tools.
Webinars
Online, with the real questions at the end. It is the format where AI can be shown working rather than described.
Podcasts and interviews
A long conversation, where you can stay on an uncomfortable question instead of escaping to the next one.
Workshops
Half a day hands on keyboard, for teams that need to leave the room having built something.

What I talk about

If what you need is not on the list but close to it, ask me.

  • Applied AI: where it genuinely pays off and where it is just fashion
  • AI agents and process automation, including what breaks
  • How the craft of writing software is changing
  • AI and CRM: where AI lands on a commercial process
  • Adopting AI in a company with no IT department
  • Enterprise architecture: deciding before spending
